Suite 7
Cave-Stone Suite / A Journey into History Under the Shadow of an Arched Ceiling
Room No. 7 offers one of the most characteristic examples of Cappadocia's traditional rock-cut architecture. The section used as the living room of this space once served as a stable. While this historical transformation adds depth and an intimate warmth to the space, the most striking element of the architecture is undoubtedly the arched ceiling. Formed by carving natural tuff blocks, this rounded ceiling gives the room both visual grandeur and that unique sense of preservation characteristic of caves.
The fact that the living room was once used as a stable gives the space an earthy and authentic soul, while the stone walls and arched ceiling bring together thousands of years of Cappadocian settlement culture with modern comfort. In the design, handwoven kilim-patterned upholstery, old wooden furniture, and soft lighting have been preferred in order not to disturb this historical fabric. Two special details complete the room's romantic atmosphere: a fireplace that adds a distinct warmth to the ambiance on cold Cappadocian nights, and a delightful bathtub where you can wash away the tiredness of the day. Once a shelter for animals, this space now opens its doors to you as a peaceful, romantic, and historical sanctuary. Max. 3 people capacity with an extra bed and 30 m² square.
