Yes. Since our hotel is located in one of Göreme’s high-elevation areas, it has a very ideal view for watching hot air balloons at sunrise. Our terrace areas, in particular, stand out with their balloon view.

Yes. Our hotel has a unique hot air balloon view of Cappadocia. Even if our guests stay in rooms with a view, during balloon hours they almost always prefer to go out to the various terraces to watch, rather than staying in their rooms. Because from the room window they can see only a limited number of balloons, whereas from the terraces they can watch hundreds of balloons floating in the air.

Yes. Paid airport transfer service (with shared and private options) can be arranged for our guests. It is especially recommended to make the arrival transfer reservation before your travel. Balloon tours for our guests are organized by our hotel from the reservation process until the day of the flight. In case of flight cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, a refund is provided in accordance with the policies of the relevant companies. All flights are carried out with experienced pilots, and the package includes transfer service and breakfast before the flight. While our premium service providers offer a well-equipped breakfast at their own offices, some balloon companies in the region may provide a light snack opportunity at the take-off area. Pricing varies depending on the season and demand.

This area, which offers the opportunity to experience hammam culture within the natural rock texture of Cappadocia, provides our guests both relaxation and an authentic atmosphere. Within the scope of our massage services, full body and regional massage options are offered, and treatments are performed by male and female therapists. Prior reservation is required for all hammam and massage services. There is no wet area that guests can use free of charge.

The price of our family rooms is for 4 people, and the accommodation capacity can be increased with extra beds and baby cots. However, if two extra beds are requested, the usable area of the room becomes narrower. Our Family Suites offer an ideal accommodation experience for families with children, providing both comfort and privacy.

Yes. Our hotel accepts pets under certain conditions. A maximum of two pets are allowed per room, and a total weight limit may apply. Balloon baskets can fill up very quickly, particularly because of the intense demand that follows consecutive flight cancellations. Additionally, we advise our guests to organize their arrival airport transfers in advance. This helps avoid the high fees that commercial taxis or last-minute transfer vehicles at the airport may charge. Return transfers, on the other hand, can be easily arranged by our guests through the reception during their stay, if they wish.
