Le recogeremos del hotel a las 10:45 y nos dirigiremos al mercado local para la seleccion de los ingredientes que mas tarde utlizaremos. Una vez hecha la compra y con nuestros productos frescos iremos a la granja que Kelebek Hotel tiene en el Valle de los Reyes, una zona completamente privada y natural donde tendra la oportunidad de aprender como preparar algunos de los platos tipicos de Cappadocia, sopa, Dolma y Sarma y un plato de temporada
(e.g Green beans, leaks, chickpeas) dessert and Turkish Coffee. With the aid of your instructor versed in cooking terms and techniques, you will spend this half-day class learning how to create each dish - and when it comes to lunchtime, you will have dolma and sarma which you have just prepared with your own hands as well as some other side dishes and traditional desserts. We will then drive you back to your hotel and finish the tour around 15pm.
This tour is available between April 1st and October 31st.
